Returns and refund Policy.
-Please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are Handcrafted by artisans from all over India, resulting in each piece being unique.
-Each product go through quality check before shipping them out. Hence Desi Tatva does not accept returns and do not offer any refunds. We only offer exchange (in some cases).
Exchange Policy
-We only exchange products in case the product received is damaged or incorrect. Please note that all our products are Handcrafted in nature and hence may have minor imperfections which are not defects. Such irregularities will not be a grounds for exchange as they are inherent to the handcrafted nature of jewelry.
-Parcel opening video from very start to end (without any cuts and pauses) is must for any exchange.
-The product must be thoroughly inspected and damages if any should be highlighted in the video.
-Without parcel opening video, we won't be able to replace the product .
-Damages if any should be informed within 3 days of receiving the product either on our WhatsApp (9650169668) or via mail-tatvadesi@gmail.com.
-Once the concerned team checks the authenticity of video and confirms the damages in video, an email/call/text will be sent to customer regarding the approval of exchange or return.
-We do not offer reverse pick up. Product needs be sent back by the customer. Shipping charges for the same will be borne by the customer. Please exercise due care in shipping back the product. We are not responsible for any further damages in reverse shipment and will not accept any damaged product other than what's shown in the video.
-Product must be unused and untampered to be eligible for any exchange.
-Once we receive the product, we will then inspect the product and dispatch a fresh/correct product.
-We request you to kindly be patient after raising a query as our working hours are 10 AM - 6 PM (Monday to Saturday).
-All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
-Refunds are only applicable in case of lost shipment or stock not available.
International Orders
All international orders are considered final sale.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges on international purchases due to the nature of cross-border shipping.
• As our products are handcrafted, slight variations or minor imperfections are natural and will not be considered as defects.
• In case of any damage during transit, a clear unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
• The video must be recorded from the start (without cuts) showing the sealed package being opened.
• Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will offer a suitable resolution depending on the nature of the concern.
• Claims without proper proof (unboxing video) or reported after the given timeframe may not be eligible for review.
